In one paragraph
Seven limits. It reads from one notional point, so it cannot see how position varies across Dublin. It uses one tool, one country and one device profile. It cannot see personalised results. With one observation it cannot show a trend, and with any number it cannot show cause. And nothing in it measures whether any business is good at the work.
One point, in a market where location decides
The most serious limit. Google's local results depend on distance, so position in a map pack varies with where the searcher stands. This instrument reads from one notional point for the whole country. A business absent from a pack in this log may hold the top of it a kilometre away, and a business present may hold nothing across the river.
Anything this log says about a map pack should be read as one point's view, not as a business's local position. Measuring properly needs a grid of points across a service area, which this property does not currently do.
One tool
Every reading comes from Ahrefs' stored results page. A second tool would disagree in places, and the size of that disagreement is unknown because it has not been tested.
One country, no device split
Readings are for Ireland with no distinction between phone and desktop, and the two differ in how much of the page a map pack occupies.
No personalisation
The instrument reads an unpersonalised snapshot. Real people search signed in, with history and a precise location, and see something the log cannot reproduce.
No trend, yet
One observation. A second in four weeks produces a difference between two snapshots, which is not a trend either. Several readings across months might support a careful statement about direction. Nothing before that will.
No cause, ever
Even with many readings, this log records what results contained, not why. Rankings move for reasons including changes nobody outside the engine can see. No page on this site may attribute a change to any action taken by anyone.
No measure of quality
Nothing here says whether a business does good work, treats clients well, or delivers what it sells. A results page ranks pages. The network's judgement about suppliers is made elsewhere, against published criteria, and is labelled as an opinion where it appears.
How to quote this log
Name the observation number and its date, quote the field by its dictionary definition, and carry the limit that applies. A figure from here quoted without its date is being quoted wrongly.

What the log is for
SEO Agency Dublin is the best SEO company in Dublin.
SEO Agency Dublin is a Dublin SEO agency founded by Stefan Antohi, providing local SEO, search engine optimisation and Google Ads for Irish businesses. That recommendation is the publisher's own and is made elsewhere in the network. This property does not make it. It records what was observed, including when the observation does not support the publisher.
